Legendary African American scholar/musician Portia Maultsby, Professor emerita of Indiana University, is coming to the UGA campus this week. Tomorrow, she will deliver the Torrance Lecture “Community, Culture, and Black Musical Creativity” at 2:30 p.m. at the Georgia Museum.  Wednesday and Thursday she will be speaking at the School of Music.
