Ustad Ghulam Farid Nizami, 17th generation musician, poet, and composer,  will give a performance in Ramsey Concert Hall  on Friday, November 2, at 6:00 p.m.  Admission is $5.

The University of Georgia Opera Theater will present “The Tales of Hoffmann,” Jacques Offenbach’s supernatural tale of unrequited love, in a two-night presentation on Oct. 11 and 13 at 8 p.m. in the Hodgson Concert Hall.

For his faculty recital, D. Ray McClellan, professor of clarinet, decided to share the spotlight.

Cello professor David Starkweather will join the University of Georgia Symphony Orchestra in performing the masterworks of Antonín Dvořák on Thursday, September 13 at 8 p.m. in Hodgson Concert Hall.
