HHSOM Ambassador

Jackson (she/her) is a second-year music therapy major, and a first generation college student from Taylorsville, GA. Her primary instrument is saxophone, and she is involved in Dr. Quarles’s saxophone studio. She has been a member of the “Saxtion” in the Redcoat Marching Band since her first year. Jackson is an active member of UGA’s Iota Zeta chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota, where she currently serves as Fraternal Education Officer, as well as a member of the Music Therapy Student Association. Outside of school, Jackson enjoys reading and taking care of her plants. Through the ambassador program, Jackson wishes to support prospective and current students by creating an inclusive and positive environment at the Hugh Hodgson School of Music.
